Return Policy

Preserve guarantees the satisfaction of our products. If our customers are not 100% satisfied with a Preserve product, we will give them their money back upon the return of the product with no conditions within 30 days of the product’s purchase, and only one question.

If the product-returning customer is willing, we will ask why they were dissatisfied so that we may work to improve our products and so that we may seek the 100% satisfaction of our customers.

We also support, and will take any action to support, the satisfaction guarantee policy of our retailers and distributors.
